Due to some issues (which is explained on my profile) I do not quite meet the required rating, but as you can see, I always usually get 5's and hearts. Is there anyway you would consider allowing me to join. I ALWAYS send my swaps :) Please let me know, as this is a PC swap that seems like a lot of fun.
