Description:

Please take note that this swap has a very short turnaround time from signing up to mailing out your swap, so please participate only if you're comfortable with this ;)

Again, a swap for washi tape samples! Washi tapes are tapes made of washi paper, hence translucent, can be torn by hand easily, and they're removable/repositionable. They are not plastic deco tapes.

Same as my previous swaps, basically you are sending washi tape samples to your partner for each letter of the phrase chosen.

For this round, as this period is a festive season for majority of the swappers here, the phrase is: HAPPY HOLIDAYS. In this swap, you'll be sending 13 samples, that is, 1 sample for each letter that made up these 2 words.

For example:

H = heart or hexagon, A = apple or animal, P = piglet or pastels, ... ~ so on & so forth ~ ... A = airplane or artsy, Y = yellow or yard (flowery or grassy designs) & S = sentimental circus or sea!

In case anyone needs some ideas, this is a good place to get some:

  • The themes and designs are up to you so long as it starts with the letter (don't have to be winter/ festive theme).

  • Send at least 12 inches for each sample, wrapped around good playing cards or smooth surface which doesn't rip the samples when your partners want to use it.

  • Even though this is Sender's Choice, please don't send themes that your partner has clearly stated they dislike/ are offended by.

For example, please avoid sending H = Hello Kitty (when they specified they dislike this character) or P = pink (if they say clearly they don't want this colour) or D = Donald Duck (when your partner doesn't want anything to do with Disney).

  • Other than this swap's name and your username, also write down for each letter of 'HAPPY HOLIDAYS' what the samples stand for, in case it's not obvious why you've chosen that design to go with that letter.

Info for the sender: This swap is sender’s choice, but then again, do check profiles to see what style your partner totally dislike or does not want to receive. Please send nothing dirty or unusable.

Info for the receiver: This is an international swap (plus this is a busy period for mail) so do give some time for the mail to arrive. As long as your partner completed this swap following the requirements and mail promptly/ communicates, please rate a 5 regardless of whether or not you like the designs received. Hearts are given at your discretion if you feel that effort has been put in the swap you received :)

The ratings for swappers joining is at least 4.98 with no recent 3s or 1s in the last 8 months, but I may remove anyone from this swap even if he or she fulfilled the requirements if I feel 'uneasy' since I'm still a newbie when it comes to hosting swaps :D. Lastly, when you have to rate your partner a ' 1 ' for flaking on you, I'll angel.

Thanks for checking out this swap! (^-^ )/
