Before your solstice contemplation / celebration/ spiritual event/ hike/ swim/ whatever it is that you do: read your partner's profile and develop an image/ idea/ thought about the partner in your mind.

During solstice: spend a few moments reflecting/ thinking about your partner.

After solstice: draw/ write/ craft/ create something small for your partner, perhaps reflecting on your own approach to solstice. Send it.
