In this swap you will create one ATC for your partner that features a tags somewhere it can be the focus point, the back ground, dangling of your choose the rest of the ATC is senders choose but it MUST HAVE A TAG. Please also include a note with the swap name and your ID. Rules 4.98 or higher rating No ones or threes in the last 3 months Size 2.5 x 3.5 Needs to have a thick backing so not easily bent.
