Description:

Sorry for the delay between round 1 and this one. :-)

For those new to the swap:

First, choose or make a book to use as our junk journal. An old atlas, dictionary, or whatever suits your purpose. This book will become the place you add the goodies you receive in these swaps.

In the event that you already have a junk journal in progress and do not wish to start another at this time, you may devote single pages or series of pages to these swaps rather than a whole book. Each page or series of pages will follow the premise of the swap in that nothing that isnt received in a round of these swaps is allowed to be used on the page(s).

For The Rest Of Us:

Each round you will send your partner an envie of goodies that they will in turn collage into or add in some way to their junk journal. Not every piece has to be used, but no additional pieces are allowed to be used.

You can add paint, stamps, ink, etc, but no other papers or goodies outside of what you receive.

Not every swap has to be just one page... Spread it out, use it how you wish.

I thought this group would be the perfect place to have a series of swaps for this. I totally hijacked the idea from @iamrushmore s blog!

I want to run this series once every few weeks. Seeing everyone's pages in the Flickr group would be awesome! :)

Edited to add: the pieces you receive may be altered, ie: cut up, painted, inked, etc... They do not have to be used as is.

Ideas of goodies to send:

Papers

Images for books and/magazines

Small envelopes

Cool junk mail

Cool stickers

Book pages

Fibers

Charms

Washi tape samples

broken jewelry or other metal bits

Napkins

Ephemera bits and pieces

Etc.

Remember to send enough goodies that your partner has enough to work with. Half a dozen pieces of the same or similar items will not cut it. Send a variety and at least a dozen pieces or more. You don't have to tick to the list above, use your imagination. :-)
