The Moving to Lose Swap is more of a motivational and support swap. You will contact your partner(s) atleast three times during this swap - 1)The first time will be to introduce yourself to your partner(s) and to tell them how much weight you would like to see gone over the course of the swap - lets say 4 weeks. You will also tell your partner how you plan on achieving this goal - food/water/exercise/etc 2)You will contact your partner in two weeks to let them know how you are doing and to see how they are doing - encourage your partner(s) as well. 3)You will contact your partner the last time at the end of the 4 week period and let them know how you did in the 4 weeks - did you have a loss, did you meet your target, how did the food/water/etc go over the course of the 4 weeks. You can send additional notes via swap-bot to your partner(s) to encourage them to keep going. Communication is awesome and to know you have someone cheering you on and supporting you is the best thing there is. It also helps you to know when your feeling down that your NOT alone. This entire swap will be done via swap-bot mail. At the end of the swap rate your partners on - 1)Did they contact you the three times as they were suppose to 2)Did they give you the information requested/were they encouraging 3)Did they contact you their results This will run February 16th as our start date and our end date will be March 27th. Dates were changed. Communicate atleast three times, that is the minimum.
