Let's make a jointed paper doll! For this swap, you will send 1 assembled paper doll to 1 partner. Please remember our group has international members - and this swap should fit into a regular stamped envelope if you want it to. I've created a tutorial with tips on making jointed paper dolls if that helps you get started: DuhBe's jointed paper doll tutorial Swap requirements:
1. Your paper doll must be cut out and assembled, with a minimum of 3 joints that move.
2. Doll must be sturdy. Cardstock alone doesn't last too long - so use watercolor paper, chipboard, or laminated cardstock (where 2 layers of cardstock are glued together). M'kay, I think that's plenty of rules. If you need some help finding paper doll designs - our forum has paper doll sources and hopefully other members will chime in on the forum. | |
