For this swap, you will Decorate an envie with a Sailor Neptune theme. Inside the envie, send at least 1 flat mail item.

Examples of flat mail items to send (Store bought or Handmade) Sailor Neptune themed is preferred, but anything is fine.

SPECIFICS:

• Decorate any sized envie with a Sailor Neptune theme.
• You can use any media you wish,(Paint, Ink, Rubber Stamps, Die cuts, etc) just NO sticker slapping. You can incorporate stickers into the design if you wish but it should not make up the majority or the Main Subject of the Mail Art.
