You will send one partner a postcard by a local artist. This PC can be promotional, with their exhibit advertised or it can be a PC that was made as a functional PC with just art. They can be an artist, film maker, crafter, sculptor, etc. No big rules here. Some promo PCs don't have a lot of room to write, but if you can, write about what you think of their art!
