I Love Halloween

We will hand make a Halloween Card for two partners. Must not be a sticker slapping card. Make something that your partner will be able to send to someone else. So, do not write on the card but you can include a verse or something inside or just leave blank. Must have a rating of at least 4.8 and no 3's or 1's. I will angel but hope it's not necessary. If you have flaked on me before, don't even think of joining. Please also include envelopes with your cards, you can also decorate them if you want.
