Description: | |
This swap is for people who enjoy journaling! What you do to participate in this swap is to purchase a journal - your choice. It can be just a simple composition notebook, or it can be a more sophisticated themed journal from Barnes and Noble. As long as it has 75 to 100 pages in it, it's good to go! Beginning September 1st, you begin writing in your journal daily. You can give a summary of your day, what was good about it, what wasn't so good, include a poem, a saying, a quote or write down some thoughts you have in your head. The entry is entirely up to you, but should include at least a little something about yourself, so your partner can have a clear picture of who sent the journal. Decorate the journal in a September theme. You can put stickers in it that deal with Back to School or Autumn, or you can add scrapbooking features that include all the beautiful colors of the season. Be creative and send something that you would like to receive back in turn. Try to make the journal as interesting as possible. Have fun with it but let your imagination soar! Jounaling is all about capturing your inner self. At the beginning of October, you will send your journal to your partner, and who knows...maybe a lasting friendship will come out of it! |
