MOVABLE PART ATC

Your ATC's must have a "Movable Part" to qualify.

We will be making two only, one for each partner, with two partners.

It should be something that moves, wiggles, pops-up, hangs down, arms, legs, head, etc. You decide...as long at it moves. There is no theme, so you can make whatever you want as long as it have a movable part on it.
