Bucket list with a surprise

For this swap you will send a list of 25 "bucket list " activities. This is a list of 25 things you want to do or accomplish in a certain time frame or just before you die! :) Your list should be on something like a notecard or stationary- anything but a postcard. Along with the list include a small little gift that is associated with 1 item from your bucket list. For example : if your list includes "learn to garden " you might want to include a packet of seeds. If your list includes "own my very own coffee shop " you could include a package of coffee -you get the idea. At the end of your list let your recipient know why you included the item you chose in case it is not self explanatory. Be sure to include the swap name and your name for easy rating.
This is my 1st time to host so I'm going to say you must have completed at least 20 total swaps that are type 2 or 3. You must have a well filled out profile as well. Also you must have at least a 4.9.
