Let's do a grab bag and have it be 5 items for each other and three things for the kids. The kid things can be anything from happy meal prizes or sticker sheets, small toys... nothing too expensive. For each other, let's say at least one handmade thing. the rest can be store bought. Value of $10 before shipping. oh, and let's inlude a penpal letter.
