This swap is for 1 ATC for 1 partner. The theme is under the sea, so you must have something to do with the sea. Ideas - try mermaids, sea shells, crabs, etc. I would love to see if anyone tries a merman. Vintage, current, cartoon, stamped and die cut mermaids are good options to use too! Use all your glittering might to come up with a unique, amazing and skilled ATC. Try using fabrics, glitter, inks, paper, dye cuts, book pages, stickers, pencils, charms, yarn, paint, book pages, and anything else you have handy. Please do not flake.
