I went to my local 99cents store and saw the butter cookie tins that were for Easter on sale...so i thought..why not make a swap for it? For this swap, go to your local discount store, market, etc and find a cookie tin--if its full, eat the cookies!! :) I believe some stores sell empty ones as well. Clean out the tin and fill it with the following goodies: (CHOOSE ONE) 1) Cosmetics---travel and trial, samples, etc. Everything must be new and sealed in its original packaging. Nothing should be used. or 2) Candy--mix it up and place different pieces of candy in the tin. Individually wrapped packages, small packages of gum, or mini candy packages are fine. Please check expiration dates. Nothing open please!! or 3) stationery- deco tape, postcards, mini sheets, pens, sticker sheets, post it notes, etc. or 4) crafty items--thread, ribbon, patches, buttons, beads, etc. The category chosen is up to the sender. Please rate a 5 if you receive a cookie tin filled with items. You can always re-swap what you do not like or cannot use. Nothing broken, torn, stained, smelling of smoke. Food and/or cosmetics must be sealed in its original packaging. If you are sending stickers, it must be a full sticker sheet. Feel free to use anything in your own stash. The cookie tin can be any size. The only cost should be the tin itself and the postage to send it. You are using items from your own stash to fill it. Enjoy!! |
