This swap is for 1 ATC for 1 partner. The theme is "put a hat on it" decorate your ATC with an animal, person, child, or object with a hat on it. Your choice of who or what that has a hat on it. The hat can be any type of hat, witch's hat, beanie, fedora, beret etc. No stickers (except for words), well decorated background, and please use some of your crafty arty supplies such as watercolors, ink, sprays, stamps, glitter, paper, yarn, book pages etc to make an amazing background.
