Oops...I knew I forgot something, tigerlily2110 - thanks for the question!

If someone is a real fan of tattoos, there is no limit to the tattoos they will pin...so I don't think there should be a required number of pins for this...the only requirement is that your board be of pins you love and that speak to you!
