This is more for when you are into penpalling. It are envelopes (the bag) that are filled with addresslabels from people who would like to have a new penpal or swapper. The rule is that the person who receive this labelbag, they have to make a new labelbag or FB (friendship book) with the addresslabels in the envelope.
