Description: | |
This swap will be emotionally provocative if you do it and all players need to be aware of that if they wish to join. I do not know about you but I am not a person who gets out of their comfort zone very often. I would like to change that, would you? This swap is an attempt at getting through a change in my behaviour by acknowledging accountability to a third party. During the month of January choose one thing to do that you would like to change about your life and then think about what you can do to change it. Once you have a plan follow through on it. The swap part is that you will write an email to your partner about the barrier you are attempting to break and how you plan to do it. At the end of the month you will write a report to your partner telling what you did and how you did it. It sounds complicated but it isn't: Jan 3 email your partner telling your partner what you want to do and how you plan to do it. You can say why too if you want but not necessary Jan 31 email your partner telling how you did, even if it was a fail tell why you think it was a fail. Rating is based on receiving two emails regardless of content. If you get two emails give a five, A question came up that I need to address here, please do not mark sent until you send the second letter. This will keep us honestly trying for the whole month. You and your partner may communicate more often if it is mutually agreeable. You may ask your partner for input but this is your journey. They are there to urge you on not tell you how to do it. The challenge is to really try to change a behaviour that is preventing you from living a full and healthy life For me that means finding a way to interact with others and then doing so. What would you change? |
