Description:
We all have papers or cardstock that we think are not very pretty or darn right ugly. Let's use the element of our uglies to make a pretty ATC. This can be the background or a focal point. Make a pretty ATC out of papers or cardstock that you think is ugly. Be sure to add a sturdy backing.
