April Dotee Doll

Lets make a Dotee for the month of April, its going to be a flat Dotee Doll in the form of a kite. It can be any color.

Measurements 4 to 6 inches. It should have a hanger and the tails have to be just like a real kite, you can use ribbons or pieces of fabric. Add as many embellishments as you can. Make it very fancy.

Make it as beautiful as you can, just the way you will like to receive it.
