For this series we will be creating a Mini-Dotee Doll, all theme different for each Month of the year. Size should be No Taller than 3 Inches (measurement is not including Tail and Hanger) - should meet the other Regular Dotee Requirements of having a Tail, Hanger. No ratings of 1 or 3 within past 20 swaps (unless I've reviewed and okay'd). MUST SEND ON TIME (by the MAIL/SEND BY date that is set) NEWBIES WELCOMED - with a FULLY FILLED out profile.
