Description:
Create one ATC for one partner. The ATC must contain a Hat on a Cat. Use any medium you wish, draw, paint, stamp, collage or etc. Please make your ATC the normal size of 3.5 by 2.5 inches. Make it on a strong backing and include your name, the group name and the swap name on the back side. Please kindly rate your partner when you receive your swap. I will be happy to angel if needed.
