An ATC swap for the "real American hero". There are no restriction on this one, except for your imagination. 2 ATCs to 2 partners (4 ATCs in all) Newbies & Old pros welcome. If you have a low rating (below 4.7) message me ahead of time, please. Anyone with any no sends in the last 3 months (July 31st) can't participate. This is an international swap because ATCs aren't heavy. Please rate based on the ATCs themselves. Extras are nice, but not necessary. Thought and effort should be happily rewarded. Any characters, any Cobra, any storylines, anything G.I. Joe - I'm really looking forward to what people do with this theme!
