Humans are complex creatures. Healthy living consists of factors related to nutrition, exercise, sleep, company, recreation, education... You name it! Think about physical, mental and social health, or any other aspect you may know.

Send your partner two or three (2-3) items somehow related to keeping healthy. Try to pick something anyone could use, something that could inspire anyone to do healthy choices in their lives. It is up to the sender to choose and explain why each item is linked to health. Use your imagination!

Only one (1) of the items may be edible. In case you have allergies or other good reasons to avoid something, let us know in the comments. No crafting materials related to health like bicycle shaped paperclips, more like something relating to actual bicycles :)
