VTH: ATC with a Party Hat

In celebration of World Party Day - April 3.

Remember the craze of sticking party hats on people on your ATC? Let's do it! We are celebrating World Party Day, after all. Seems like a good excuse to me!

Create one ATC for your partner. The only requirement is that you must have a party hat somewhere on it.

Colors and theme are completely up to you.

ATC rules apply: Size must be 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches (or 64mm X 89mm). Be sure to use a strong and sturdy backing. On the back of your ATC, please include your name, date, and name of the swap.

Go crazy with paints, inks, rubber stamping, collage, etc to create your art. Most of all, have fun!
