JOPW Note card

In a note card write your partner a note, can be about anything. Make sure your note in within note card length, since this is INTL no flat items or surprises are necessary. To mail a letter INTL is 1.15

This is international, if your partner is international it can take up to 8 weeks to receive your letter, during this time, please DO NOT RATE YOUR PARTNER A 1 IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED. If its over the 8 week period contact your partner and give a chance to resend. If you still don't receive a letter rate a 1, I will angel. Within U.S.A give 7 days and same rules apply.
