The card must be at least 4.25" x 5.5" or bigger. No sticker slapping. Send something you are proud of and would want to receive.

No flakers and no previous history of unexplained 1's or 3's. You must have a well filled out profile and a 4.8 rating.

Be sure to include a note with the swap title and your swap name with your card.

For those of you wondering how to make a shaker card, here is a tutorial with three different methods to make them. I find the third method is easiest for me and the one I prefer, but there are many ways to accomplish the shaker portion of the card. http://pin.it/QVx193m - You can also search on YouTube or Pinterest for additional tutorials and ideas for shakers. You can have many different items be your filler for the shaker such as glitter, confetti, sequins, small beads, anything really that is small enough to fit inside. Also a tip for the acetate to cover your shaker you can recycle some of your clear plastic packaging you have laying around! Happy crafting! :)

Please explain "shaker card" -- this is not familiar to me.

http://pin.it/QVx193m - Gabrielle this is a tutorial showing three methods how to make a shaker card. I also added it in the description above with tips on the shaker filler and acetate you can use. Hope that helps you!

I make a ton of these so I hope these tips help. If you use glitter it's best to use very chunky style glitter. I've used several finer ones and they stick like crazy to the acetate. If you want a blizzard look that's ok but it tends to obscure all your other awesome goodies in your shaker. Lucy's Little Things store sellls amazing sequin and confetti mixes that are stunning. You have to check her out. Pretty Pink Posh is another store that sells sequins in mixed colour packs which are lots of fun. If you use packaging, make sure it isn't full of scratches as these will show up in your final product. Did you know they make heat resistant acetate you can heat emboss on? It's made by Hot Off the Press and you can get it on Amazon. Hope this helps.

@thebragal thanks for your additional tips! :) A tip to keep static from sticking the fine glitter and other staticky items is to brush your paper and acetate with the embossing buddy or baby powder before filling, just make sure to brush the powder residue off of your paper and acetate after doing this!
