Create a Handmade Card with a matching Decorated Envelope for your partner to use! You must use a decorative border! It can be a border punch, a scrap of lace, a border embossing folder, washi tape on the border, stamping along the border, the sky's the limit!!! The colors, decorative border, and design are Sender's Choice. This is a card for your partner to use so do not sign the inside. The above image is a card I made this year (2017) that has a decorative border punched with a border punch. USA only All group rules apply.
