For those of you who want to celebrate Halloween all year round... this one's for you! I know I can't be the only one. For this swap, you will send one (1) partner one (1) Halloween-themed ATC. Use your imagination and make it something that you'd like to receive. No sticker slapping. Don't forget to include a note with the swap name and your username. 4.9 rating or above only.
