Description:
Do you have papers that you think are ugly. Lets take those ugly papers & turn them into an ATC that will turn those ugly papers into something not so ugly after all. You will be making this the background. Finish this anyway you want, just make sure your ugly papers show. Be sure to add a sturdy backing to your 2.5 X 3.5 ATC.
