You need to make one ATC with a MOON on it and send it in an envelope decorated in with a MOON/s Any artistic medium is fine. Please make a nice, well made ATC. You can decorate your envelopewith drawings, collage, magazine page, any way you like. If doing a collage or using magazine paper please be sure to tape all edges so they don't get torn Must have completed 10 type 2/3 swaps
