Daffodil ATC and Mail Art

Make an ATC with daffodils for your partner. Send your best work. Decorate the envelope with daffodils as well. Please do not use stickers for either. Send and rate on time.

You must have a good swapping history with no recent 1's or 3's. If you have been banned from previous swaps I hosted, you will most likely be banned again, so please do not sign up. I reserve the right to ban anyone I deem risky to the integrity of the swap. I will be checking profiles. I will angel if necessary.
