Could you give a definition of what a snippet is please.

Just a base (fabric) with lace, jewelry, odd & ends of items...wrapped around a spool or pin...can be hung up or just rolled up, made to take items off & use or just a memory keepsake..... if you look on pinterest you will find many different ways to make....this is new to me also. But seems to have been around for awhile. Hope this helps.
