Please note: Each participant will be entered to win a stationary surprise from me. Winner will be drawn on the "send by" date, June 21st. I have so much fun stationary & cards that I never use. It's a shame to just have it all sit there & not be used, so I thought I would start writing some letters to friends about my favorite things, interesting topics & stuff that I am curious about. The problem is, nobody writes letters anymore, so most of the correspondence I send either went unanswered or was answered by a phone call or email. That is why I decided to start doing a series of letter swaps. For this swap you will write a letter about your favorite holidays. Which ones do you like or dislike? How do you celebrate? What are some of your family traditions?. You can write about 1 holiday, a few or all of them. It's your choice what to write as long as you stick with the "Holiday" theme.. I am not going to set a limit for the length of the letter. Hopefully, since you are joining a letter writing swap, writing a page or two won't be a problem, but if I hear that people are only writing a paragraph or a few sentences, they will be excluded from any of my future letter writing swaps. I hope you have fun & thanks for joining my swap. IF YOU HAVE ANY TOPICS/IDEAS FOR FUTURE LETTER WRITING SWAPS, PLEASE PM ME. THANKS!! RULES: NEWBIES WELCOME!! No recent or unexplained 1's or 3's. Must have a good swapping history, good attitude & a well filled out profile. I will be checking participants VERY THOROUGHLY before assigning partners. I reserve the right to ban anyone that I think will jeopardize the success of this swap. If you have a concern about someone who has signed up please let me know privately. |
