EASU Senders choice “Stained Glass” background ATC

Using an old CD we will create a stained glass background ATC for our partner. Using a black ATC blank (or any dark color) start cutting your CD into small pieces. I cut and glued as I went so I could cut the shapes to fit. I used Alcohol inks for my color effect but this could also be done with sharpies and then spritzed with alcohol to get your colors to blend. Once your background is completely dry you can embellish your ATC any way you like.
