NH: Letter about your hobbies

I received an invitation to join this group and did but now folks nd I don’t meet the requirements to participate in the letter swap either. Does this mean I should start ignoring the messages since I want be able to take part?

Same here AuTiger but it is because I am currently signed up for maximum 5 swaps so it may be the same for you. It looks like this one will be available for a while so if you finish a swap like I will soon then you can pick up this one as well :)

Opps, nm it says that it requires a rating of 4.98. Wow that seems a bit high.

As the founder here, let me step in. An invitation to join this group does not mean you'll qualify for every swap here, just like in public swaps. If you don't meet the requirements of one, there are plenty others to join. 4.98 is NOT a high requirement. A 5.00 rating is the highest you're able to get. With respect to @AuTiger - a 1 rating will plummet your overall rating and that will increase with successful numbers of 5 ratings moving forward. Unfortunately your rating score is low on a 1 you can't make up because the user isn't active here. :( I'd exercise patience, join what you're able to join and swap responsibly and your rating will improve.

Thank you for the response. The one was a in retaliation over 9 years ago. You are welcome to review the comments from way back then. I realize flaking is common with new members-I have had 3 flakes in the NH swaps and just get a message one swap will be up to two weeks past last day...yes it will take a long time to get my rating to a 4.95. Oh well.

Dona, all of your NH swap partners have sent to you. I don't know why you think you've had 3 flakes.

I am a newbie and joined in a couple of swaps in the last weeks. I sent out those to my swap parrners last week (( and today for another swap), so I am awaiting my ratings. Hopefully my swap partners will receive my mail soon. Thanks for letting me join in this swap.....
