Chocolate Heaven #2

As autumn approaches and the weather gets colder I love nothing more than cuddling up on the sofa with a mug of hot chocolate and a delicious bar of chocolate.

For this swap you will send your partners one packet of hot chocolate and one bar of chocolate, it is senders choice but please do look at profiles and try not to send things you know your partner won't like.

The packs need to be just enough to make one delicious cup of hot chocolate and the chocolate bar a regular size or larger no Mini bite size bars please.
