Also in Chile, here it's called "Día de los Enamorados", meaning Day of the Lovers or those who are in love, but you can also celebrate it with friends or family although here is more about those who have a partner, which sucks but I don't mind and celebrate it anyways. I'm having a Galentine's Day brunch this year and I can't wait!
