Dark Blue on Dark Blue

The ATC has to be in portrait mode or orientation. That is the 3.5” is the side and the 2.5 is the top. And it has to be done on sturdy paper like a cereal box cut to size.

So, you can draw, paint, collage, cut from newspaper, rubber stamp and embellish your ATC as long as your main color scheme is (for November) is dark blue.

Maybe a glossy dark blue back ground with a felt or textured foreground dark blue.

It doesn't need to be a solid block of dark blue background with a solid block of dark blue foreground. If the foreground is a sailor in his suit, there are going to be different shades of dark blue on it and even his white hat will likely be visible.

As long as the background paper is dark blue and the main foreground image is dark blue and there is one embellishment somewhere on the ATC — we’re good!

And, of course, no sticker slapping.
