VTHS: Double Pocket with Goodies

We will be creating a double pocket for one partner. It's created from a sheet of 12x12 scrapbooking paper (but you actually only need 12x9" from it).

Use This Video for the tutorial on how to create your pockets.

In the video, she added a strip of paper to the back for extra support. This is optional. Also, she stapled the bottom side closed, but I glued mine and prefer that. Feel free to close yours up as you see fit :)

Once you have created your pocket, decorate the front outside area. Add ephemera, embellishments, old photo, rubber stamping, collage, etc. Try to have at least 2 layers to add dimension and interest.

Inside each of the 2 pockets, you will tuck in 1 flat goody for your partner.

Some Ideas:

• ephemera
• die cuts
• items for junk journal
• mini envelopes
• tags
• pretty stickers (no teacher/reward)
• nice scrapbook papers (at least ATC size)
• rubber stamped images

Please include a note with your swap-bot ID an swap name so that your partner can rate you.

These pockets would be perfect in a junk journal or add to your planner to help keep little paper bits organized.
