Send your partner a bird themed postcard. It can be a photo, or drawing/painting etc, something on a bird themed eg birds, feathers, eggs in a nest. Ad/free cards and handmade cards ok if your partner is happy to receive them and cards should be naked or in an envelope also as per your partners preference so please be sure to check your partners profile.
