2009 New Year Resolutions

Who said that you have to make them on the 1 January. We all know that making them is not the same as keeping them.

Last year I set some for myself and amazingly accomplished most of them and partially achieved on others. So I am thinking maybe this year I can take those partially achieved ones a step closer to completion.

Eventually verbalising and visualising our aims and goals has to produce some positive results.

For hearts - get creative - make it visual Do an online collage, design a blogspot or Web Page (Synthasite is great place if you want to try something new), create a motivational slideshow on www.slide.com, make a digital ATC
