Description:
Happy Summertime! For this swap, hand-draw and color or paint an ATC, place it in an envelope that you also hand-draw and color or paint (leave room for the address) and send it off to your partner. Your envelope art does NOT have to match your ATC art. Your effort should be obvious, send something you spend time and care on. DO NOT back your ATC with cardboard. If you do, your partner can ask you to re-send or rate a 3. You must have 15 rated type 3 swaps and at least a 4.8 rating to participate, however, I will ban anyone known for flaking or that I deem a risk to the integrity of the swap. I do check profiles carefully.
