I absolutely love Halloween, and just got some new Tim Holtz Halloween goodies in and can't wait to use them! Join me and create one Halloween themed ATC. Standard ATC rules apply. Size must be 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches (or 64mm X 89mm). Be sure to use a strong and sturdy backing, not just paper or cardstock.
