Description: | |
For this swap, we will use This Tutorial to create a pocket folder for our partner. You do not need to use the size of paper that she uses,or finish it exactly as she has done with tape. Use the tutorial loosely to create the pocket then use your own creativity and ideas to decorate it and finish it for your partner I suggest using an 8 X 8" piece of paper. That's what I used and I ended up with a 4" square. I think that's a good size for the swap and mailing. Once you create your pocket and seal the edges (washi tape, glue, etc.) finish it in Somerset style. Feel free to decorate with paint, inks, rubber stamping, die cuts, embellishments, words, fabric snips, trim, etc. Your pocket is to be in a Winter/Christmas theme. Once you have finished your pocket, tuck in a flat goody for your partner. Don't forget to include a little note with your swap-bot ID and the name of the swap. If you have any questions, please post below or message me :) Happy crafting! Image: Lindsay Weirich |
