Have you come across a swap that looks really interesting but you aren’t sure if you’ll be able to come up with an idea or get the concept, so you want to try it out first…so you do….and then you forget to sign up? Well, I routinely do. If this is the case for you, then this is the swap for you. Now is the time to pass along one of those lovingly created ATCs that should have been swapped but never was. If you don’t have one of those, no problem; make one. This is essentially a Sender’s Choice swap. For this swap, you will send one (1) ATC for one (1) partner that depicts a subject of your choice. This is a Sender’s Choice swap. Some Basics: ~ ATC's are 2.5" x 3.5" (6.35 cm x 8.9cm) in size. ~ Your ATC should be on a sturdy backing; it shouldn't be easily bent. Recycled packaging makes great ATC backings. ~ Your may ATC may be orientated (portrait or landscape). ~ Use quality prints if you are using computer printouts; at least 300 dpi. ~ Stickers are OK, but sticker slapping is not. ~ Use glue that sticks, because not all glue is created equal. If you are unsure whether or not the glue is actually going to stick, give it adequate drying time before mailing and then look at it. If your pieces are flapping in the wind, it is probably safe to say that you should try a different glue. If you need some suggestions, send me a PM. ~ On the back of the ATC, you must write the swap name, the date made, and your swap-bot ID. ~ Please place your ATC in a protective sleeve before sending it off in the mail. ~ Create a quality ATC that you would like to receive back had you not made it yourself. I will angel if necessary. I reserve the right to ban any problematic swappers. |
