Make a mini pocket letter with yellow as the dominant theme. I made a sunshine themed mini that I LOVE! 3 decorated pockets + a short letter + 2 flat goodies = a lot of fun! Rating requirements: I am requiring ratings of 4.99+. No 1's or 3's in the last 6 months. Newbies will be allowed with a well-filled out profile and a minimum of 10 Type 3 swaps.
