This will be a series of blinds envie swaps. The point is you seal your envie with the flat item enclosed before partners are assigned. For #23, you'll send your 1 partner a Decorated envie as include a matching flat item. For example: you decorate your envie with flowers and include a flower postcard inside. You decorate your envie with washi tape and include washi sample inside. The whole point of this one is to get creative!
